25 years of experience in the thermoforming industry with the following poweful skills.
1. 5 axis CNC-machine operator, 5 axis CNC Set-up, 5 axis CNC Programming (hand G-coding) and Cad-Cam Mastercam 3D editing.
2. Skills on how to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, 3D Cad files.
3. Knowledge on how to use Q/C equipment such as calipers, high gauges, etc...
4. Full Microsoft Office Applications.
25 years of experience as a programmer on FAGOR control for (Motion-master, DMS, Quintax and
Royce CNCs).
15 years setting-up, programming on THERMWOOD control.
2 years setting-up, programming on CMS CNCs with the FANUC control.
10 years of experience in Q/C-Q/A and plant management assistance.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
• 2023-2026 THEOLOGY A.I.C.
• 2012-2013 ELGIN SHOPWARE, INC.
Mastercam Cad/Cam certified.
• 1994-1998 ELGIN HIGH SCHOOL.
High school grad.

Notes: NC fixtures must be ready to avoid, prevent delays on programming and testing programs. Plz keep in mind that there's time spent setting-up the fixtures on the machine and project, "job planification". Take some time to plan on how you need your parts to be programmed; seal vaccum leaks on your fixtures, look for your router-bits and we'll be ready!
