Results-driven CNC Programming specialist with over 28 years of experience optimizing production quality, efficiency, and success. Proven expertise in 5-axis CNC setup, operation, Mastercam 3D CAD/CAM editing and manual hand G-code programming, alongside extensive plant management and quality assurance leadership.
CORE EXPERTISE
• CNC Programming: 28 years on FAGOR controls; 15 years on THERMWOOD controls; 2 years on CMS CNCs with FANUC controls.
• Technical Skills: 5-axis setup/operation, hand G-coding, and Mastercam 3D CAD/CAM editing.
• Operations & Quality: 10 years in Q/C-Q/A and plant management assistance, including blueprint interpretation and precision tool inspection (calipers, height gauges).
• Software: Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

(Hours to be broken into 2 days of labor).
• 16 Hours digitizing, hand coding.
• 1 hour lunch break, 30 mts each day!

(Hours to be broken into 3 days of labor).

All programs are to be tested, tweaked and QC/QA If needed!
Notes: NC fixtures must be ready to avoid, prevent delays on programming and testing. Plz keep in mind that there's time spent setting-up the fixtures on the machine and project, "job planification".
