In my role as a teacher, the ADDIE model serves as my guiding framework for daily lesson planning and development. Subsequently, I engaged in effective communication with the head of the board, assuming responsibility for crafting all-encompassing training materials, meticulously attending to both design and content.

Throughout this dynamic process, I collaborated seamlessly with subject matter experts (SMEs) and carefully reviewed feedback and assessment data. This iterative approach allowed me to refine and enhance training modules, ensuring they were responsive to the evolving needs of the board.
